The Union and the Employer met with the Conciliator today. We were not able to come to an agreement therefore the Union has filed a No Board report. We will now await an Arbitration date.

We are scheduled for Conciliation on November 9, 2011.

September 19, 2011

The Employer was not able to attend the July 25 bargaining date. The Union filed for Conciliation on September 15, 2011. Please check back for updates.

June 21, 2011

The Union and the Employer met today to continue bargaining. The non-monetary issues have been agreed to signed by both parties. The Union has tabled their monetary proposals and are awaiting the Employer's response. Our next scheduled bargaining date is July 25, 2011.

March 10, 2011

The Union and the Employer met today today to review the non-monetary proposals.  We will continue discussions at our next meeting.

February 8, 2011

The Union met with the Employer today to begin a new round of bargaining. Non-monetary proposals were exchanged today. The Union and the Employer will meet again on March 10, 2011.

December 8, 2010

The Negotiating Team was elected on November 24, 2010. Demand Set was held on December 8, 2010. We will provide updates as they become available.
