Our Negotiator Marisa Forsyth has made numerous attempts to contact both the Employer and their Negotiator, George King. She has left many emails messages with the Employer but they have not responded at all. In addition she has sent Mr. King many messages. He however has not responded either. She has in turn contacted the Conciliator to get the process moving. The Employer at this point does not appear to be interested in negotiating. We will continue to inform you of the process.
