Arbitration was held today with Arbitrator Brian Keller. We are now awaiting an award based on the Arbitration. We will announce the Award to the Membership as soon as we receive this information. Many thanks to our OPSEU Researcher Steve Crossman who was very helpful in this process and prepared an excellent brief on the Local's behalf.
